Um jetzt die Frage zu beantworten, was eigentlich aktuell so die beste Grafikkarte für in etwa fünfzig Euro ist,To answer the question of what is currently the best graphics card for around fifty euros,

Wir können es jetzt auch einfach mal tagesaktuell machen.We can also just do it with up-to-the-day listings.

Ich habe hier oben schon mal Grafikkarte eingegeben.I've already typed in "graphics card" up here.

Den Preis habe ich so von vierzig bis sechzig Euro eingestellt, um eben in etwa bei fünfzig Euro zu landen.I set the price from forty to sixty euros so as to end up at around fifty euros.

Hier sehen wir, die erste Grafikkarte, die mir angeboten wird, ist eine RX 590 für sechzig Euro.Here we see that the first graphics card offered to me is an RX 590 for sixty euros.

Also wenn ich jetzt eben hier aktuell nach einer Vega 56 suche, beginnen die günstigsten Angebote bei fünfzig Euro.So if I'm currently searching for a Vega 56, the cheapest listings start at fifty euros.

Wenn wir jetzt einfach mal bei der Computer Base in den Test reinschauen, dann werden wir folgendes feststellen:If we just take a look at the ComputerBase test, we will notice the following:

Deshalb würde ich euch eben, wie gesagt, raten,So, as I said, I would advise you

schaut, ob ihr vielleicht eine 1070 oder eben eine Vega 56 finden könnt,to see whether you can find a 1070 or a Vega 56,

weil die sind, wie gesagt, signifikant schneller als jetzt eine 1060 oder auch eine RX 590.because, as I said, they are significantly faster than a 1060 or an RX 590.

Zwei andere Karten, die aus meiner Sicht auch noch sehr interessant sind,Two other cards that are also very interesting from my point of view are

sind entweder die GTX 1660 Ti.either the GTX 1660 Ti.

Sehen wir, die ist ähnlich schnell wie eine 1070, oder eben die 1660 Super.As we can see, it is about as fast as a 1070, or else the 1660 Super.

Der große Vorteil jetzt eben sowohl von der 1070 als auch eben von der Vega 56 ist ganz klar der Videospeicher,The big advantage of both the 1070 and the Vega 56 is clearly the video memory,

Ein großer Nachteil von dieser Karte hier ist auf jeden Fall die Leistungsaufnahme.A big disadvantage of this card here is definitely the power consumption.

Die Vega 56 ist mit zweihundertzehn Watt angegeben.The Vega 56 is rated at 210 watts.

Im Vergleich dazu, eine 1070 hat gerade mal hundertachtundsechzig Watt, die GTX 1660 Ti gerade mal noch einhundertzwanzig Watt.By comparison, a 1070 uses just 168 watts, and the GTX 1660 Ti only 120 watts.

Also wenn ihr euch jetzt hier ein System zusammenbauen wollt, wo eben die Leistungsaufnahme nicht ganz so hoch ist,So if you want to build a system here where the power consumption isn't quite so high,

dann solltet ihr auf jeden Fall eher nach einer NVIDIA-Grafikkarte schauen.then you should definitely look for an NVIDIA graphics card.

Einen Nachteil, den aber tatsächlich alle drei Grafikkarten haben, ist die Direct-X-Unterstützung,One disadvantage that all three graphics cards actually have is the DirectX support,

denn alle Grafikkarten unterstützen zwar Direct-X zwölf, aber eben nur das Feature-Level zwölf Unterstrich eins.because all the graphics cards do support DirectX 12, but only feature level 12_1.

Was auf jeden Fall damit schon direkt klar ist:What is already clear from that, in any case, is this:

Ihr könnt natürlich keine Spiele spielen, die eben Raytracing voraussetzen, weil alle drei Grafikkarten keine Raytracing-Einheiten haben,you naturally can't play games that require ray tracing, because none of the three graphics cards have ray tracing units,

Kurz ist noch eine Sache zu den Treibern.Briefly, one more thing about the drivers.

Sowohl NVIDIA als auch AMD haben leider bei vielen älteren Generationen den Treiber-Support eingestellt.Unfortunately, both NVIDIA and AMD have discontinued driver support for many older generations.

AMD ist davon allerdings so ein bisschen zurückgerudert.AMD has backpedaled on that a bit, though.

Wenn wir jetzt mal nach dem neuesten Treiber eben für eine Vega 56 suchen,If we now search for the newest driver for a Vega 56,

werden wir feststellen, der ist immerhin vom 21. Mai diesen Jahres.we'll find that it's at least from May 21st of this year.

Wenn wir jetzt wiederum nach einem Treiber für eine 1070 suchen,If, on the other hand, we search for a driver for a 1070,

da gab es zwar jetzt noch einige Security Updates,there were still a few security updates,

aber der letzte Game Ready Treiber ist, wenn wir hier nach unten gehen, vom 4.but the last Game Ready driver, if we scroll down here, is from the 4th.

Das bedeutet jetzt aber im Umkehrschluss nicht, dass ihr auf diesen älteren Grafikkarten aktuelle Spiele gar nicht mehr spielen könntNow, conversely, this doesn't mean that you can no longer play current games on these older graphics cards,

oder dass sie gar nicht mehr starten,or that they no longer even start,

sondern einfach nur, dass die Treiber nicht mehr für diese älteren Grafikkarten optimiert werden.but simply that the drivers are no longer being optimized for these older graphics cards.

So viel jetzt in Kürze zu den Spezifikationen von unserer Vega 56.So much for now, in brief, on the specifications of our Vega 56.

Was diese Grafikkarte aber auch noch sehr besonders macht, ist, wie stark man sie eigentlich optimieren kann.What also makes this graphics card very special, though, is how much you can actually optimize it.

Und genau das will ich jetzt mit euch zusammen machen,And that's exactly what I'm going to do with you now,

weil aus dieser Karte hier kann man durchaus auch mal zehn, fünfzehn bis hin zu zwanzig Prozent Mehrleistung herauskitzeln.because with this card you can quite easily squeeze out ten, fifteen, even up to twenty percent extra performance.

Wir haben unsere Vega 56 jetzt in unseren zweihundert-Euro-Kleinanzeigen-PC eingebaut.We have now installed our Vega 56 in our 200-euro classifieds PC.

Viele von euch werden ihn wahrscheinlich schon kennen.Many of you will probably already know it.

Falls ihr es noch nicht gesehen habt, wir haben zu dem PC auch ein extra Video gemacht.In case you haven't seen it yet, we also made a separate video about the PC.

Und ich habe mir jetzt auch die Mühe gemacht, mal den gesamten PC zu optimieren,And I've now also gone to the trouble of optimizing the entire PC,

also sowohl die CPU, Arbeitsspeicher, zur Grafikkarte kommen wir gleich noch,so both the CPU and the RAM (we'll get to the graphics card in a moment),

damit eben in Spielen auch die Grafikkarte möglichst wenig von anderen Komponenten ausgebremst wird.so that in games the graphics card is held back as little as possible by other components.

Die CPU läuft jetzt auf allen Kernen auf 3,9 Gigahertz bei 1,3 Volt.The CPU is now running on all cores at 3.9 gigahertz at 1.3 volts.

4 Gigahertz war leider nicht möglich,4 gigahertz unfortunately wasn't possible,

ohne dass ich die Spannung wirklich enorm hätte anheben müssenwithout my having to raise the voltage really enormously,

und das war mit dem Boxkühler einfach nicht drin.and that just wasn't doable with the stock cooler.

Beim RAM war es auch so, dadurch, dass wir eben vier Module verbaut haben, konnte ich bei der Geschwindigkeit jetzt leider nichts machen.With the RAM it was the same: since we've installed four modules, there was unfortunately nothing I could do about the speed.

Läuft nach wie vor mit 2666 MTS.It still runs at 2666 MT/s.

Aber bei den Latenzen konnte ich doch so einiges verringern.But I was able to reduce quite a lot on the latencies.

Also hier links seht ihr jetzt eben die Standardlatenzen, hier rechts eben, was ich alles eingestellt habe.So here on the left you see the default latencies, and here on the right what I've all set.

Damit ihr euch einen Eindruck davon machen könnt, was das Ganze eigentlich gebracht hat.So you can get an idea of what the whole thing actually achieved.

Hier links sehen wir jetzt die Ausgangswerte.Here on the left we now see the baseline values.

In Cinebench 2026 hatten wir 1021 Punkte Multicore.In Cinebench 2026 we had 1021 points multicore.

Jetzt eben nach CPU- und auch RAM-Optimierungen sind's 1877 Punkte, was einem Zuwachs von in etwa neun Prozent entspricht.Now, after the CPU and RAM optimizations, it's 1877 points, which corresponds to an increase of about nine percent.

Relativ ähnlich sind auch die Leistungsgewinne in 3D-Mark Times by gewesen.The performance gains in 3DMark Time Spy were relatively similar.

Wenn ihr eure Grafikkarte optimieren wolltIf you want to optimize your graphics card,

und dabei ist es ganz egal, ob ihr die Leistungsaufnahme senken wollt durch Undervolting oder ob ihr mehr Leistung herausholen wollt,and it doesn't matter whether you want to lower the power consumption through undervolting or get more performance out of it,

empfiehlt es sich generell immer erst mal anzuschauen, wie operiert die Grafikkarte eigentlich im Ausgangszustand.it's generally always advisable to first look at how the graphics card actually performs in its initial state.

Ich habe jetzt im Hintergrund seit knapp sieben Minuten in 3D-Max die Nomad laufen und wir sehen auf jeden Fall,For the last almost seven minutes I've had the Nomad running in 3D-Max in the background, and in any case we can see

Temperaturen sind bei der Grafikkarte im Ausgangszustand jetzt kein Problem.that temperatures on the graphics card at default settings are no problem right now.

Ja, ist auf jeden Fall auf der wärmeren Seite,Yes, it's definitely on the warmer side,

aber das ist jetzt aktuell nicht der Grund, warum die Grafikkarte nicht ihren vollen Takt fahren kann.but that's not the reason why the graphics card can't run at its full clock speed.

Das ist vielmehr tatsächlich eben die Limitierung durch die Leistungsaufnahme.It's rather the limit imposed by the power consumption.

Das PPT liegt nämlich bei 180 Watt.The PPT is set to 180 watts.

Wobei ganz wichtig, das entspricht nicht der Leistungsaufnahme der gesamten Grafikkarte.Although, and this is very important, that doesn't match the power consumption of the entire graphics card.

Leider ist es bei AMD nicht möglich, über Sensoren die tatsächliche Leistungsaufnahme der gesamten Grafikkarte auszulesen.Unfortunately, with AMD it isn't possible to read out the actual power consumption of the whole card via sensors.

Deshalb müssen wir jetzt eben hier mit dem PPT arbeiten.That's why we simply have to work with the PPT here.

Das PPT liegt eben bei 180 Watt und wir können sehen, im Durchschnitt zieht die Grafikkarte 179,6 Watt.The PPT is at 180 watts, and as we can see, the graphics card draws 179.6 watts on average.

Dadurch liegt die Spannung von der Grafikkarte im Schnitt so in etwa bei knapp ein Volt,As a result, the card's voltage is on average at roughly just under one volt,

also Durchschnitt ist null Komma neun neun, maximal lagen wir bei eins Komma null null acht Volt.so the average is 0.99, and at most we were at 1.0008 volts.

Und im Durchschnitt haben wir damit eine Taktrate von knapp unter tausendvierhundert Megahertz.And with that we have a clock rate of just under 1,400 megahertz on average.

wo die Grafikkarte jetzt eben hier mit achthundert MilliVolt läuft, bei achthundertzweiundfünfzig Megahertz,where the card runs at eight hundred millivolts, at 852 megahertz,

bis hin zu Status sieben, wo sie theoretisch bis zu tausendfünfhundertneunzig Megahertz erreichen kann.up to state seven, where it can theoretically reach up to 1,590 megahertz.

Jetzt haben wir aber gesehen, dass die Spannung halt gerade mal bei einem Volt lag,But now we've seen that the voltage was only at about one volt,

weil eben die Grafikkarte power-limitiert ist und der Takt lag so bei tausenddreihundertachtzig Megahertz,because the graphics card is power-limited, and the clock speed was around 1,380 megahertz,

ja, es schwankt immer relativ stark – tausenddreihundert Megahertz,yes, it always fluctuates quite a lot – thirteen hundred megahertz,

jetzt sind wir wieder bei tausendvierhundertsechsundzwanzig, dann geht es wahrscheinlich gleich wieder runter.now we're back at 1,426, then it'll probably drop down again soon.

Also aktuell haben wir eben relativ starke Schwankungen drin.So at the moment we have fairly strong fluctuations.

Was wir jetzt eben hier sehen, nachdem wir die Änderung übernommen haben,What we see here now, after we've applied the change,

An der Leistungsaufnahme hat sich aber tatsächlich relativ wenig geändert.The power consumption, however, has actually changed relatively little.

Wenn wir uns jetzt hier die ASIC-Leistung anschauen, sind wir nach wie vor so bei einhundertundsiebzig bis einhundertundachtzig Watt.If we look at the ASIC power now, we're still at around 170 to 180 watts.

Also die Grafikkarte ist nach wie vor power-limitiert, aber dadurch, dass wir die Spannung verringert haben, erreicht sie jetzt eben deutlich höhere Taktraten.So the graphics card is still power-limited, but because we've lowered the voltage, it now reaches significantly higher clock speeds.

Und somit haben wir jetzt quasi die Grafikkarte undervoltet.And so we've basically undervolted the graphics card.

Wir haben aber trotzdem keine niedrige Leistungsaufnahme, sondern einfach einen höheren Takt und dadurch mehr Leistung erhalten.But we still don't have low power consumption; instead we've simply gained a higher clock speed and thereby more performance.

Und so schaut dann mein finales Profil aus.And that's what my final profile looks like.

Noch mal alles zusammengefasst:Summarized once more:

Ich habe eben hier ab Status drei überall tausend MilliVolt eingestellt.I've set everything to 1000 millivolts from state three onward.

Ich habe bei Status sechs und Status sieben einhundert Megahertz oben drauf gepacktAt states six and seven I added 100 megahertz on top,

Mit CPU und RAM-OC waren wir dann bei siebenundachtzig FPS,With the CPU and RAM overclock we were then at 87 FPS,

was eben auch hier wieder einem Leistungszuwachs in etwa von zehn Prozent entspricht.which again corresponds to a performance gain of roughly ten percent.

Und wenn wir dann auch noch das GPU-OC mit berücksichtigen,And if we then also take the GPU overclock into account as well,

Das heißt, in dem Spiel kann man eben ganz klar sagen,That means that in this game you can quite clearly say

Und zu guter Letzt hier noch die Messergebnisse aus Shadow of the Tomb Raider.And last but not least, here are the measurement results from Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Hier sieht's wieder relativ ähnlich aus wie in Cyberpunk.Here it looks relatively similar again, like in Cyberpunk.

Reines CPU- und RAM-OC hatte zumindest bei den durchschnittlichen FPS nahezu keinen Fortschritt gebracht.Pure CPU and RAM overclocking had brought almost no progress, at least in the average FPS.

Deutlich stärker ausgewirkt hat sich dafür unser Grafikkarten-OC.Our graphics card overclock, on the other hand, had a much stronger effect.

Hier konnten wir nämlich die Leistung von sechsundachtzig auf sechsundneunzig FPS steigernHere we were able to raise the performance from 86 to 96 FPS,

und auch das entspricht wieder so einer Leistungszunahme von elf bis zwölf Prozent.and that, too, corresponds to a performance increase of eleven to twelve percent again.

Jetzt sind wir hier in Onimusha-Way-of-the-Sword und auch das Spiel lässt sich mit unserer übertakteten Vega 56 absolut flüssig spielen.Now we're here in Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and this game also runs absolutely smoothly on our overclocked Vega 56.
