E no vídeo de hoje nós vamos preparar uma bolacha caseira macia, saborosa, perfeita pra acompanhar aquele cafezinho.

And in today's video we're going to make a soft, tasty homemade cookie, perfect to go with that little coffee.

Então, vamos conferir a receita?

So, shall we check out the recipe?

E pra massa da bolacha eu vou adicionar aqui nessa vasilha uma caixinha de duzentos gramas de creme de leite,

And for the cookie dough, I'm going to add here in this bowl a small 200-gram box of cream,

dois ovos, uma colher de café de sal, um copo americano ou cento e cinquenta gramas de açúcar cristal.

two eggs, a teaspoon of salt, an American cup, or 150 grams, of granulated sugar.

Por isso ele pesou um pouquinho mais, tá?

That's why it weighed a little more, okay?

Mas pode utilizar o açúcar refinado.

But you can use refined sugar.

Duas colheres de sopa bem cheias de manteiga ou margarina.

Two heaped tablespoons of butter or margarine.

Vou dar uma boa misturada nesses ingredientes.

I'm going to give these ingredients a good mix.

Ingredientes misturados, eu vou adicionar uma colher de sopa de erva doce.

Once the ingredients are mixed, I'll add a tablespoon of fennel seed.

E vou misturar aqui, ó, a parte seca.

And I'll mix in the dry part here, look.

Tô utilizando o copo de duzentos e cinquenta ML.

I'm using a 250 ml cup.

De fubá, se você for utilizar a balança, cento e trinta gramas.

Of cornmeal, if you're going to use the scale, 130 grams.

De farinha cento e quarenta gramas.

Of flour, 140 grams.

De amido de milho, cento e vinte gramas.

Of cornstarch, 120 grams.

E uma colher de sopa de fermento em pó, fermento químico para bolo.

And a tablespoon of baking powder, chemical leavening for cakes.

E vou misturar.

And I'll mix.

E vou adicionando essa farinha na mistura até dar o ponto.

And I'll keep adding this flour to the mixture until it reaches the right consistency.

E eu vou começar a colocar a mão na massa.

And I'm going to get my hands dirty and start.

Massa pronta, já desgrudou da vasilha.

The dough is ready, it already comes away from the bowl.

E pra atingir esse ponto, gente, precisei misturar aqui, ó, mais meio copo de cada.

And to reach this consistency, guys, I had to mix in another half cup of each, here, look.

Meio copo de farinha, meio de fubá e meio de amido.

Half a cup of flour, half of cornmeal and half of starch.

Aí você vai adicionando até atingir esse ponto aqui, ó.

Then you keep adding until you reach this point here, look.

Uma massa maleável que desgruda da vasilha.

A pliable dough that comes away from the bowl.

E agora nós vamos começar a modelar.

And now we're going to start shaping.

E já vou deixar meu forno pré-aquecendo a cento e oitenta graus.

And I'll already leave my oven preheating to 180 degrees.

Já deixei as minhas formas preparadas, untadas e enfarinhadas.

I've already got my pans ready, greased and floured.

Você pode modelar a bolacha do jeito que você quiser.

You can shape the cookie however you like.

Eu vou abrir a minha aqui, ó, no plástico e vou utilizar um cortador de seis centímetros de diâmetro.

I'm going to roll mine out here, look, on the plastic, and I'll use a six-centimeter-diameter cutter.

Você pode fazer do tamanho e do formato que você quiser.

You can make it whatever size and shape you like.

Pego um pedaço da massa, dobro o plástico e vou aqui, ó, esticar passando o rolo.

I take a piece of dough, fold the plastic over, and here, look, I stretch it out with the rolling pin.

Você vai abrir numa espessura não muito fina e nem muito grossa, porque essa receita cresce depois de assada.

You'll roll it out not too thin and not too thick, because this recipe rises after baking.

aqui é opcional, eu gosto de colocar um pouquinho de açúcar cristal por cima.

this part is optional, I like to put a little granulated sugar on top.

E vou levar pra assar.

And I'm going to put it in to bake.

Forno pré-aquecido a cento e oitenta graus por mais ou menos aí uns vinte minutos.

Preheated oven at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes or so.

Ou vá acompanhando até que esteja douradinha da cor que você gosta.

Or keep watching it until it's golden, as dark as you like.

Vou assando e vou modelando a segunda forma na sequência.

I keep baking while I shape the second tray right after.

Bolachas assadas.

Baked cookies.

Já deixei esfriar um pouquinho.

I've already let them cool a little.

E olha que maravilha, gente.
