I'm writing my first romantasy novel in Norway, amongst the pine trees, laundry, kids' lunchboxes and the wreckage of recently being made redundant from my job. I'm a Brit who flew to Oslo in 2012 with my Norwegian partner and a one-way ticket. Now I'm on a mission to make my lifelong dream of being a published author real.
